March 13: Pre-Lent Parish Retreat Day

Great Lent begins late this year. On Sunday, March 13, 2016, commonly called Cheesefare Sunday, we traditionally spend a half day together in preparation for the Great and Holy Fast. This year, instead of having a speaker, we will host the Anchiskati Choir of Tbilisi Georgia who will perform a Concert of the Hymns of Great Lent and Holy Pascha. All parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend the events of the day, which will end with Forgiveness Vespers at 3:00 PM.

11:30 pm Cheesefare Luncheon
12:30 pm Litiurgical Concert
3:00 pm Vespers with Communal Rite of Forgiveness
