Help us through the "Summer crunch."

Dear Members and Friends of the Cathedral,
Summer is always a difficult time for parish finances and our Cathedral is no exception.
While we are capable of holding our own and meeting our obligations for the most part, occasionally we have to dip a little deeper to support the parish. Now is one of those times.
Those of your who are Pledging members with Weekly Offering Envelopes received a special yellow envelope dated June 6 labeled "Special Summer Offering." Would you be able to give a special contribution to the Cathedral to help us overcome diminished summer collections?
Our Cathedral is vibrant and growing. Being in New York City, we welcome many guests from throughout the country and the world. We have a very strong core group of PLEDGING MEMBERS, and great promise for growth. According to statistics that measure parish life, we are doing rather well. But summertime is tough on us financially and we need really your help.
If you are not yet a Pledging member of the parish, and value the Cathedral’s presence and mission, please consider filling out a Pledge Card for 2010. It is never too late. Join with us in ensuring the stability and future of this parish by committing to an Annual Pledge. What you Pledge is up to you. It can be anywhere from 3% to 10% of your gross salary.
If we cultivate the attitude that our spiritual home deserves more than what we sometimes give it, we enable God to bless us for blessing His Church.
A special thank you to all who generously and sacrificially give to the Cathedral throughout the year. Your faithfulness and love is deeply appreciated.
You can put your contribution in the basket, send it to us in the mail, or visit the Parish Office after the Liturgy and use your Credit or Debit Cards.
