RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO BEGIN ANEW on September 19th

The theme for this years curriculum for children ages 3 - 12 will be "READY TO FOLLOW." This is an amplification of the theme that many of our children began at Summer Church Camp. It will trace all those from the Old Testament who were ready to follow the call of God to serve Him and others.

The Old Testament is also running theme for the Adult Group this year. Beginning with Ps. 18:1 (associated with David's defeat of Goliath and the Exaltation of the Cross) and the blessing from Numbers 6:24-26 (the oldest textual fragment we have of the Old Testament), continuing the following Sunday with Genesis 1 and working their way through the OT texts, emphasizing the early and patristic sermons/interpretation and liturgical use of the material.
